Edgar Lang started the match with the kick off. Nicolas Joey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Eleazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artur Boruc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Lang in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute Alejo Eleazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sammy Corcoran got free with Artur Boruc in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 20th minute Joga Bonito were awarded a corner. Alejo Eleazar went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alejo Eleazar got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Nicolas Joey quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 30 minutes into the match, Joga Bonito's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Corcoran came free, but Artur Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sammy Corcoran in the 30th minute of play forced Joga Bonito's goalkeeper Artur Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Lang, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Yiğit Hasan hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Nicolas Joey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luo Wei Xi's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, FC ARK CS's goal looked a bit too open when Luo Wei Xi came free, but Nicolas Joey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Klas Jansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Joey having to interfere. Edgar Lang sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damon Gascoigne kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. In the 46th minute of the match, Júlio Severo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Artur Boruc was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luo Wei Xi to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andy Symons in the 52nd minute of play forced FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yiğit Hasan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herbert Bierfass hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Herbert Bierfass lost his temper 57 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 58th minute, Herbert Bierfass hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute of the match Alejo Eleazar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nicolas Joey skillfully saved the ball. The audience was convinced that Sammy Corcoran's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artur Boruc was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. A collision led to FC ARK CS getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Noel Elvins hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luo Wei Xi in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Joey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luo Wei Xi in the 75th minute of play forced FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC ARK CS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alejo Eleazar was slow to take the kick. During this time Joga Bonito's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Joga Bonito's Alejo Eleazar to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicolas Joey despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alejo Eleazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luo Wei Xi in the 81st minute of play forced FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alejo Eleazar came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Joga Bonito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejo Eleazar couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute Joga Bonito were awarded a corner. Alejo Eleazar went to the cornerflag to take it. Luo Wei Xi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Joey read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. After 88 played minutes FC ARK CS got a freekick which was hit by Yiğit Hasan. After 94 minutes, Fabian Hoffmann mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Joga Bonito and the FC ARK CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Júlio Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
