In the 3rd minute, Dobromir Ruszczyk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kazimierz Czermak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sammy Corcoran in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute Júlio Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kazimierz Czermak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kazimierz Czermak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Lang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sammy Corcoran during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sammy Corcoran hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. With a little luck, FC ARK CS's Nicolas Joey got control of the ball when Eugeniusz Bucek tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 12th minute Radomil Walaszkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kazimierz Czermak showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sammy Corcoran in the 17th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Gildia Magów's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Corcoran came free, but Kazimierz Czermak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicolas Joey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pawel Mochowak's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugeniusz Bucek got free with Nicolas Joey in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute of the match Gildia Magów got a corner. FC ARK CS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Radomil Walaszkiewicz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Gildia Magów's Radomil Walaszkiewicz to fire away a dangerous shot which Nicolas Joey despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Júlio Severo in the 23rd minute of play forced Gildia Magów's goalkeeper Kazimierz Czermak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Joey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Ruszczyk in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match, Dobromir Ruszczyk tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nicolas Joey saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gildia Magów were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after FC ARK CS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Radomil Walaszkiewicz took the corner. Kazimierz Czermak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damon Gascoigne, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. FC ARK CS's Nicolas Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Walaszkiewicz in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Walaszkiewicz in the 41st minute of play forced FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Radomil Walaszkiewicz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nicolas Joey. That made the score 1-0 in the 44 minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eugeniusz Bucek was the one to do the kick off. Nicolas Joey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugeniusz Bucek, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC ARK CS's goalkeeper Nicolas Joey, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC ARK CS's Nicolas Joey played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Walaszkiewicz in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Gildia Magów's goalkeeper Kazimierz Czermak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Damon Gascoigne. After some careless play in the FC ARK CS defense, Lukasz Pietras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Joey. The FC ARK CS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Joey should have stopped the shot. After 64 played minutes Gildia Magów got a freekick which was hit by Eugeniusz Bucek. 70 minutes into the game, Gildia Magów's Radomil Walaszkiewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Joey made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. With a little luck, Gildia Magów's Kazimierz Czermak got control of the ball when Damon Gascoigne tried to sneak it across the goal line.
