With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfredo Martins in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lara Peñaranda saved Beneficiente from getting behind. Zé Pedro Viana kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Nicolas Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beneficiente's Lara Peñaranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Luís da Rocha in the 28th minute of play. Lara Peñaranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Cano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 41 minutes Beneficiente's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Luís da Rocha who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Moussa Kabre managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Lara Peñaranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Paraibano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Marquês de Herval's Nestor Paraibano in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Beneficiente's goalie prevented a goal. In the 47th minute Marquês de Herval were awarded a corner. Pedro Luís da Rocha went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Pedro Luís da Rocha almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Beneficiente's Lara Peñaranda did a great save. The Beneficiente players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Marquês de Herval were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alfredo Martins stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alfredo Martins who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Lara Peñaranda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With splendid footwork Alfredo Martins arrived in front of goal to shoot 0-4 by the left pole in the game's 52nd minute. Lara Peñaranda didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 54th minute, which inside left pole to 0-5. Nestor Paraibano came free with the goalkeeper in the 59th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lara Peñaranda could save by the left post. Nestor Paraibano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Lara Peñaranda made a huge save. Nestor Paraibano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lara Peñaranda having to make a save. Lara Peñaranda came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins. But to his dismay, Alfredo Martins quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The Marquês de Herval fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 75 minutes into the game, Alfredo Martins recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lara Peñaranda. Alfredo Martins showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Marquês de Herval made a substitution. Jair Bostan replaced Selami Rezan. Lara Peñaranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Martins in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Beneficiente's goalkeeper Lara Peñaranda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nestor Paraibano. After 87 minutes, Nestor Paraibano made it 0-10 with a short kick to the right side. Beneficiente's Lara Peñaranda tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Alfredo Martins had several of the Beneficiente's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-11 score and a disappointed Lara Peñaranda as he didn't even see the shot coming. Beneficiente made a substitution. Romário Seco replaced Edgar Appel. When the match was over Marquês de Herval could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Beneficiente throughout the match.
