Enéas Marinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Germán Cano's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Germán Cano in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enéas Marinho saved AKI CORINTHIANS from getting behind. In the 28th minute, Claudinei Tasso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Germán Cano might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Enéas Marinho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Germán Cano ran back to his position shaking his head. AKI CORINTHIANS's Enéas Marinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germán Cano in the 31st minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, AKI CORINTHIANS's goal looked a bit too open when Claudinei Tasso came free, but Enéas Marinho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Germán Cano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Enéas Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germán Cano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Germán Cano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 45thth minute of the game Germán Cano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AKI CORINTHIANS's Enéas Marinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rodrigo Donatello to strike the kick off in the second half. If Germán Cano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Germán Cano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Enéas Marinho having to make a save. Germán Canos short, quick shot in the 54thth minute got Enéas Marinho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Germán Cano took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enéas Marinho. Enéas Marinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. In the 64th minute, 27 de Mayo's Germán Cano ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Enéas Marinho. Enéas Marinho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Enéas Marinho came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by 27 de Mayo's Germán Cano. But to his dismay, Germán Cano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. When Germán Cano came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the 27 de Mayo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Germán Cano couldn't finish the play. The 27 de Mayo fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when 27 de Mayo's Germán Cano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Germán Cano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Enéas Marinho skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. AKI CORINTHIANS's Enéas Marinho proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save AKI CORINTHIANS from getting a goal against them. Enéas Marinho made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Germán Cano sent off a good shot on target. Germán Cano took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enéas Marinho. Enéas Marinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. 27 de Mayo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
