In the 6th minute Zeng Xu Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Talló saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Velloso in the 8th minute of play forced Poetass FC's goalkeeper Moisés Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda got control of the ball when Leandro Fonseca tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Bene Animatus's goal looked a bit too open when Zeng Xu Yuan came free, but Juvenal Talló reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 20 played minutes, Bene Animatus's Sílvio Luís Prata shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Moisés Arruda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bene Animatus reached it. After some careless play in the Poetass FC defense, Leandro Fonseca kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Moisés Arruda. The Poetass FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Moisés Arruda should have stopped the shot. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kalle Billberg in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jardel Velloso in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moisés Arruda prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 28th minute of play. In the 28th minute Zeng Xu Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juvenal Talló saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Poetass FC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Fonseca came free, but Moisés Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Witalis Brysz kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Cleiton Carioca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Juvenal Talló. Bene Animatus's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 46th minute of play. Juvenal Talló showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Xu Yuan in the 47th minute of the match. In the 48th minute, Witalis Brysz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Jardel Velloso made the kick off in the second half. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Xu Yuan in the 54th minute of play. Juvenal Talló came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Poetass FC's Kalle Billberg. But to his dismay, Kalle Billberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Bene Animatus from getting a goal against them. Moisés Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jardel Velloso in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute of the match Bene Animatus got a corner. Poetass FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sílvio Luís Prata ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Sílvio Luís Prata almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Poetass FC's Moisés Arruda did a great save. 67 minutes into the match, Bene Animatus's goalkeeper Juvenal Talló had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeng Xu Yuan. Bene Animatus's Juvenal Talló played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Egil Schjelderup in the 73rd minute of play. Leandro Fonseca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Moisés Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Poetass FC made a substitution. Celsinho Montenegro replaced Cássio Maia. Moisés Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Luís Prata in the 83rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Kalle Billberg took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Juvenal Talló to make any attempt to save it. After 89 minutes, Guido Rodriguez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bene Animatus and the Poetass FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Guido Rodriguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
