Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dráuzio Meirelles started the match with the kick off. Tony Dias came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Era's Didi Vergílio. But to his dismay, Didi Vergílio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gualter Paraibano hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute, Didi Vergílio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carrapichel - FDFDF's Tony Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vito Freire in the 12th minute of play. Dráuzio Meirelles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Tomás Tasso made a huge save. Tony Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Márcio Veloso in the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Gualter Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henrique Pirani hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. The supporters of Nova Era booed when Carrapichel - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Nova Era's Vito Freire sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tony Dias narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 25 played minutes Carrapichel - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Dráuzio Meirelles. A collision led to Carrapichel - FDFDF getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Gualter Paraibano hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Vito Freire got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jailson Leão kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Tony Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The supporters of Nova Era booed when Carrapichel - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruno Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nova Era's Vito Freire got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Duarte Quintal got a free kick in the 59th minute. Tony Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Vaz in the 60th minute of play. Zé Augusto de Sousa charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Augusto de Sousa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Nova Era got a freekick which was hit by Zé Augusto de Sousa. With a little luck, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Tony Dias got control of the ball when Zé Augusto de Sousa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nova Era's Didi Vergílio got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gildo Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomás Tasso having to interfere. Carrapichel - FDFDF's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Didi Vergílio scored to the left of an out of position Tony Dias, making the score, 0-3. Egídio Vaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Dias having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Nova Era's Zé Augusto de Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tony Dias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After a rather tough play, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Bruno Tande got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Gualter Paraibano got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 85th minute, Gualter Paraibano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tony Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Egídio Vaz in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Duarte Quintal got a free kick in the 86th minute. In the 89th minute, Egídio Vaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nova Era fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Ivo Silva kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Carrapichel - FDFDF's Dráuzio Meirelles got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Carrapichel - FDFDF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nova Era were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
