If Zé Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The throw-in from Thiago Ramalho in the 40th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sumaré Sport Club's Xu Sha Quan. In the 45thth minute of the game Zé Trigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BRASIL.Sp's Ramón Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Sumaré Sport Club booed when BRASIL.Sp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emeterio Sarro didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfred Chmelyk to make the kick off. The throw-in from Thiago Ramalho in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sumaré Sport Club's Xu Sha Quan. After some careless play in the BRASIL.Sp defense, Zé Trigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ramón Neto. The BRASIL.Sp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ramón Neto should have stopped the shot. Sumaré Sport Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
