Santos Campineiro:s Ahmad Reza Asadi showed great skill when he stopped Atacan Rahim:s penalty. 10 minutes into the match, Santos Campineiro's goal looked a bit too open when Atacan Rahim came free, but Ahmad Reza Asadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match, Sidnei Baptista tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jerônimo da Cunha saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 14 minutes into the match, Santos Campineiro's goal looked a bit too open when Atacan Rahim came free, but Ahmad Reza Asadi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atacan Rahim in the 22nd minute of play forced Santos Campineiro's goalkeeper Ahmad Reza Asadi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Onuralp Ergüden hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Allan Dias fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Santos Campineiro's protests and gave Allan Dias a yellow card for diving instead. Allan Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Atacan Rahim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ahmad Reza Asadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atacan Rahim in the 29th minute of play. If Sidnei Baptista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmad Reza Asadi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atacan Rahim, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Ahmad Reza Asadi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atacan Rahim in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th match minute, Santos Campineiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Dias to maneuver through the defense. Jerônimo da Cunha came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Santos Campineiro's Sidnei Baptista. But to his dismay, Sidnei Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Santos Campineiro's Luciano do Valle was substituted for Otávio Souto. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sidnei Baptista to strike the kick off in the second half. Ahmad Reza Asadi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atacan Rahim in the 56th minute of play. Ahmad Reza Asadi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Atacan Rahim's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmad Reza Asadi was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Elite™- FC Galácticos's goalkeeper Jerônimo da Cunha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Atacan Rahim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elite™- FC Galácticos made a substitution. Décio Rola replaced Luiz Paulo Seco. Fabrício Baloy kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. With a little luck, Santos Campineiro's Ahmad Reza Asadi got control of the ball when Silvério Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ahmad Reza Asadi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosme Dighero in the 83rd minute of the match. Ahmad Reza Asadi made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Cosme Dighero sent off a good shot on target. Santos Campineiro's Ahmad Reza Asadi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Décio Rola in the 89th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Décio Rola got free with Ahmad Reza Asadi in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ahmad Reza Asadi made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Silvério Vale sent off a good shot on target. The Elite™- FC Galácticos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Elite™- FC Galácticos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
