Pedrinho de Queirós was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gogo Lesardo during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gogo Lesardo hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. A collision led to Alfa FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Gogo Lesardo hit a great ball. Ciro Gaspar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrinho de Queirós having to interfere. In the 25th match minute, Alfa FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Narciso Aparecido to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Ciro Gaspar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedrinho de Queirós. Alfa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciro Gaspar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Arthur Varela's late challenge caught a 27 de Mayo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arthur Varela helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute, Arthur Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the game, 27 de Mayo's Ponce Cruzado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedrinho de Queirós made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When Alfa FC's Gogo Lesardo in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 27 de Mayo's goalie prevented a goal. Fiori Sá blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedrinho de Queirós having to make a save. If Gogo Lesardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half 27 de Mayo were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciro Gaspar to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Gogo Lesardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Guilherme de Lara was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. A collision led to Alfa FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Geovani Viana hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Gaspar in the 63rd minute of play forced Alfa FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ciro Gaspar in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedrinho de Queirós saved Alfa FC from getting behind. The referee gave 27 de Mayo a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ponce Cruzado, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Alfa FC's Pedrinho de Queirós. 1-4. Luís Guilherme de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Lesardo in the 73rd minute of the match. Luís Guilherme de Lara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gogo Lesardo's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. In the 82ndth minute of the game Gogo Lesardo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but 27 de Mayo's Luís Guilherme de Lara was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luís Fábio Pontes kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Pedrinho de Queirós showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Gaspar, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 89th minute Leonardo Bastos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Alfa FC's goalkeeper Pedrinho de Queirós had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fiori Sá. If Leonardo Bastos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorian Hoffmann took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrinho de Queirós. Pedrinho de Queirós dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. 27 de Mayo played a much better game than Alfa FC and deserved their victory. The Alfa FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
