Adilson Ramalho did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Betão de Amaral 38 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Inazuma Japan's Adilson Ramalho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Betão de Amaral. That made the score 2-0 after 43 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adilson Ramalho to strike the kick off in the second half. Gilson Prestes hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute Paulo Renato Paiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betão de Amaral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Betão de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adilson Ramalho in the 63rd minute of the match. Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Renato Paiva in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Rui Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inazuma Japan's supporters rose to their feet, but Rui Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Betão de Amaral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Zé Vieira successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. S.E. Cachoeirinha's Betão de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adilson Ramalho in the 83rd minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Renato Paiva came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Paulo Renato Paiva made a precise shot to the right of Betão de Amaral. S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When the referee ended the match the Inazuma Japan players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
