The supporters of Santa Maradona booed when BRASIL.Sp was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredinho de Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half Santa Maradona were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Kazimierz Cichowski scored 1-3 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Errapel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Santa Maradona's goal looked a bit too open when Kazimierz Cichowski came free, but Jonathan Errapel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santa Maradona's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
