Gláuber Brodel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Transito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gláuber Brodel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Santa Maradona walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
