Glauco Mineiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Axel Jansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Mané Garrinchinha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's zone, Dráusio de Queirós stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabiano Neto came out of the goal and Dráusio de Queirós tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Renato Cunha made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Academia Santista CIMZ's Fu Wei Shi. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Mané Garrinchinha managed to get in a good position for a shot. Academia Santista CIMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Mané Garrinchinha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Neto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mané Garrinchinha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Fabiano Neto made a huge save. Karl-Axel Jansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaltino Moreno in the 83rd minute of play. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Academia Santista CIMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luizinho Xavier took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's corner Luizinho Xavier fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karl-Axel Jansson quite easily take care of the ball. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's goalkeeper Fabiano Neto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabiano Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Garrinchinha in the 93rd minute of the match. Luizinho Xavier tried in the 96th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Fabiano Neto a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-6. Academia Santista CIMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
