Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Trigo in the 4th minute of play forced Retumbante FC's goalkeeper Apat Reina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Retumbante FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zé Trigo came free, but Apat Reina reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute Sumaré Sport Club were awarded a corner. Jessica Xerifão went to the cornerflag to take it. Sumaré Sport Club's Jessica Xerifão was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Apat Reina in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Retumbante FC's Kauã Mandrak was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 19th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Retumbante FC's zone, Zé Trigo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apat Reina came out of the goal and Zé Trigo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Richard Fontes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauã Mandrak, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute of the match, José Paulo Mendonça got a very nice opportunity to score, but Richard Fontes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 34 minutes into the match, Sumaré Sport Club's goalkeeper Richard Fontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Paulo Mendonça. 35 minutes into the match, Fabinho Bittencourt notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Sumaré Sport Club's Richard Fontes. Richard Fontes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kauã Mandrak made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, José Paulo Mendonça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Zé Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Sumaré Sport Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zé Trigo couldn't finish the play. If Kauã Mandrak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute José Paulo Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Retumbante FC's Apat Reina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Chmelyk in the 64th minute of play. Zé Trigo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 66th minute. Sumaré Sport Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. José Paulo Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apat Reina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Chmelyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute.
