In the 11th minute Fouad Assad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Fouad Cavalli made a precise shot to the right of Richard Fontes. Sumaré Sport Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. With a little luck, صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ's Ionel Bărcăuan got control of the ball when Zé Trigo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ionel Bărcăuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olívio Matos, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Dacian Prezan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Fontes having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, one of صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, Sumaré Sport Club's Debus Aun got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ionel Bărcăuan. After the first half صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ionel Bărcăuan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfred Chmelyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Sumaré Sport Club's goalkeeper Richard Fontes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shoto Doro. In the 61stth minute of the game Alfred Chmelyk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ's Ionel Bărcăuan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute Fouad Cavalli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Fontes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ made a substitution. Dida Medaci replaced Abdellah Medjadi Kourichi. After a rather tough play, Sumaré Sport Club's Olívio Matos got a free kick in the 68th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olívio Matos in the 85th minute of play forced صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ's goalkeeper Ionel Bărcăuan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute, Fouad Cavalli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Richard Fontes, passed just outside the right post. Sebastian Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After some careless play in the صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ defense, Olívio Matos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ionel Bărcăuan. The صبئ ئآطئجآ ةآ بئسئ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ionel Bărcăuan should have stopped the shot. Alfred Chmelyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
