The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 8 minutes into the match, 27 de Mayo's goal looked a bit too open when Víktor Castro came free, but Enéas Leme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The attack was good, but when Víktor Castro in the 8th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 10th match minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustavo Ramos to maneuver through the defense. Betão de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélio Pernambucano, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 48th minute, Reginaldo Teixeira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 49th minute of the match Ciro Gaspar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Betão de Amaral skillfully saved the ball. After the first half 27 de Mayo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélio Pernambucano in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Luiz Moreira got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Fiori Sá reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Betão de Amaral. The goal made the score 0-2. Gustavo Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 60 played minutes, 27 de Mayo's Ciro Gaspar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Betão de Amaral came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Enéas Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víktor Castro, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélio Pernambucano in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betão de Amaral prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Hélio Pernambucano took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Betão de Amaral to make any attempt to save it. Kauan Amaral scored 0-6 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Betão de Amaral, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Hélio Pernambucano scored to the left of an out of position Betão de Amaral, making the score, 0-7. 97 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Hélio Pernambucano came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
