But to his dismay, George Messi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If George Messi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in 27 de Mayo's zone, Gunnar Ekeroth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Guilherme de Lara came out of the goal and Gunnar Ekeroth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rd minute, George Messi made a precise shot to the right of Luís Guilherme de Lara. 27 de Mayo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by George Messi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. George Messi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Guilherme de Lara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. When Ponce Cruzado fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored 27 de Mayo's protests and gave Ponce Cruzado a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th match minute, 27 de Mayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ponce Cruzado to maneuver through the defense. George Messi struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Luís Guilherme de Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Three Lions FC. The Three Lions FC fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Three Lions FC's George Messi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 5-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 27 de Mayo's Luís Guilherme de Lara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by George Messi in the 68th minute of play. If Esteban Montrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 played minutes Three Lions FC got a freekick which was hit by Benito McRae. 27 de Mayo's Ponce Cruzado got his second yellow card of the match in the 76th minute. The referee ordered Ponce Cruzado off the ground. A collision led to 27 de Mayo getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ponce Cruzado hit a great ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 80 minutes into the game, George Messi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Luís Guilherme de Lara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Esteban Montrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fiori Sá kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. When Three Lions FC's George Messi in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 27 de Mayo's goalie prevented a goal. George Messi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
