The supporters of BUITRES II booed when 27 de Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 13 minutes into the match, 27 de Mayo's goalkeeper Rogério Soberano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dalton Holder. Dwight Kaplan kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Allen Salinas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Rogério Soberano made a huge save. The supporters of 27 de Mayo booed when BUITRES II was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremiah Richmond didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bebeto Branco in the 23rd minute of play forced BUITRES II's goalkeeper Chase Palacios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the BUITRES II defense, Germán Cano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chase Palacios. The BUITRES II fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chase Palacios should have stopped the shot. In a very dangerous position, a player in BUITRES II fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! The referee gave 27 de Mayo a penalty, 36 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bebeto Branco, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BUITRES II's Chase Palacios. 0-4. After 39 minutes of play, 27 de Mayo's Germán Cano made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chase Palacios was left in no man's land by his defense there! 45 minutes into the game, 27 de Mayo's Germán Cano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chase Palacios made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Claudinei Tasso to make the kick off. Dalton Holder struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Rogério Soberano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BUITRES II. Cordeiro Asadov made in the 57th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Bola Toro however managed to control. 62 minutes had been played when some careless play by BUITRES II's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bebeto Branco was slow to take the kick. During this time 27 de Mayo's players had a chance to rest. The corner led 27 de Mayo's Ernani Vargas to fire away a dangerous shot which Chase Palacios despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hélder Severo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. BUITRES II's Chase Palacios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinei Tasso in the 76th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Ernani Vargas notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of BUITRES II's Chase Palacios. Chase Palacios was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 80th minute, Germán Cano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jarne Vrancken's late challenge caught a BUITRES II's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jarne Vrancken helped the player get up and apologised. After 83 played minutes 27 de Mayo got a freekick which was hit by Jarne Vrancken. After 86th play minutes Germán Cano shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Chase Palacios and just under the crossbar into goal. 27 de Mayo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
