The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Arthur Schopenhauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hans-Jürgen Pötscher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arthur Schopenhauer in the 6th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Schopenhauer in the 8th minute of play forced Programayin's goalkeeper Hans-Jürgen Pötscher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 14 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Rosario Martel sped through Laion Social Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bazkoare Respaldiza. After having played for 19 minutes, Rosario Martel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Programayin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosario Martel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arthur Schopenhauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Marigorta in the 26th minute of play forced Programayin's goalkeeper Hans-Jürgen Pötscher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Carolo Marigorta came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Laion Social Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carolo Marigorta couldn't finish the play. Domiku Malla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans-Jürgen Pötscher having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arthur Schopenhauer in the 35th minute of play forced Programayin's goalkeeper Hans-Jürgen Pötscher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Carolo Marigorta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Programayin made a substitution. Hamza Emin replaced Rosario Martel. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Marigorta in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Laion Social Club's Bazkoare Respaldiza got control of the ball when Hamza Emin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Marigorta went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hamza Emin to make the kick off. Bazkoare Respaldiza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Guter in the 52nd minute of play. Programayin's Hans-Jürgen Pötscher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Marigorta in the 53rd minute of play. Domiku Malla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Hans-Jürgen Pötscher tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner led Programayin's Antonio Florian to fire away a dangerous shot which Bazkoare Respaldiza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Bazkoare Respaldiza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Huly Larrauri, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Bazkoare Respaldiza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pepe Soto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Laion Social Club's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Guter came free, but Bazkoare Respaldiza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bazkoare Respaldiza came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Programayin's Huly Larrauri. But to his dismay, Huly Larrauri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Programayin's Antonio Cugini was substituted for Huly Larrauri. With his leg Hans-Jürgen Pötscher managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Laion Social Club's Jerold Azpilcueta fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jerold Azpilcuetas short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Hans-Jürgen Pötscher to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bazkoare Respaldiza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Cugini, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. With a little luck, Programayin's Hans-Jürgen Pötscher got control of the ball when Jerold Azpilcueta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Programayin were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Laion Social Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Antonio Florian took the corner. After taking down the ball on Programayin's corner Sergio Agüero fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bazkoare Respaldiza quite easily take care of the ball. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Sergio Agüero sped through Laion Social Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bazkoare Respaldiza. After 95 minutes, Melchor Etxatxu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Laion Social Club and the Programayin players grew even worse after the yellow card. Programayin were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Laion Social Club for a fine match.
