An unexpectedly hard shot by Visen Allu in the 3rd minute of play forced Saint Sophia's goalkeeper Nedas Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 4th minute, Saturnino Payten hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute Sergiu Zgrăbunţa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nedas Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Visen Allu in the 8th minute of play forced Saint Sophia's goalkeeper Nedas Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Diego Renard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Nedas Gol made a huge save. Nedas Gol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Visen Allu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Visen Allu in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nedas Gol prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Altermundi FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Recai Taykurt in the 14th minute. After taking down the ball on Altermundi FC's corner Jude Hylton fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nedas Gol quite easily take care of the ball. After 18 minutes of play, Altermundi FC's Sergiu Zgrăbunţa made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nedas Gol was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Saint Sophia's Nedas Gol got control of the ball when Diego Renard tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nedas Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Visen Allu in the 22nd minute of the match. Nedas Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Renard in the 23rd minute. Nedas Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Renard in the 24th minute of play. Nedas Gol made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Diego Renard sent off a good shot on target. Nedas Gol made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergiu Zgrăbunţa in the 36th minute. Saint Sophia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Visen Allu to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Visen Allu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nedas Gol. Saint Sophia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Visen Allu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. Nedas Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Diego Renard in the 56th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Altermundi FC's Visen Allu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nedas Gol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Diego Renard sped through Saint Sophia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nedas Gol. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Marinkovic during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Saint Sophia! The referee gave Altermundi FC a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Recai Taykurt, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Saint Sophia's Nedas Gol. 10-0. In the 69th minute, Pedro Reyes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nedas Gol was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. After some careless play in the Saint Sophia defense, Diego Renard kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nedas Gol. The Saint Sophia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nedas Gol should have stopped the shot. Nedas Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Renard, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Visen Allu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nedas Gol having to interfere. In the 78th minute Sergiu Zgrăbunţa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nedas Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Saint Sophia's goal looked a bit too open when Visen Allu came free, but Nedas Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Sergiu Zgrăbunţa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nedas Gol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nedas Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Reyes in the 83rd minute of play. Nedas Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diego Renard, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Saint Sophia's Nedas Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Renard in the 86th minute of play. The Altermundi FC fans' excitement grew in the 86th match minute when Altermundi FC's Visen Allu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 13-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Nedas Gol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergiu Zgrăbunţa, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Saint Sophia's Conrado Velez suffered a concussion after 92 minutes and had to leave the field. Recai Taykurt's late challenge caught a Saint Sophia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Recai Taykurt helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Luciano Dunn sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra didn't even have to move. In the 96th minute, Sergiu Zgrăbunţa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Altermundi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 14-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Altermundi FC fully deserved thier win.
