In the 17thth minute of the game Hardo Kaar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Papilio's Ivan Västlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Papilio's Ivan Västlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hardo Kaar in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hardo Kaar in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivan Västlund saved Papilio from getting behind. Andreas Bollström's late challenge caught a Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Andreas Bollström helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Papilio defense, Hardo Kaar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivan Västlund. The Papilio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivan Västlund should have stopped the shot. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's Hardo Kaar got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 35th minute Hardo Kaar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Västlund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 37 minutes, Andris Lehtmäe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andris Lehtmäe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Hardo Kaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ivan Västlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hardo Kaar in the 39th minute of the match. The Aidu Metskonna Pöörased fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's Hardo Kaar looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The corner was taken by Gerd Viru in the 66th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Volli Vilo advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-6 in the 66th minute. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
