With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janusz Pająk in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Siim Kikas saved De Gulden Draak from getting behind. Apolo Berto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evert Heremans, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Gulden Draak's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Artemio Gaxan was slow to take the kick. During this time Tellier's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Tinko Nonev got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Siim Kikas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Janusz Pająk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Siim Kikas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 39 minutes of play, De Gulden Draak's Manuel Peres made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Apolo Berto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Janusz Pająk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siim Kikas having to interfere. Apolo Berto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Heremans in the 44th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Janusz Pająk to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Janusz Pająk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siim Kikas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apolo Berto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justin Ostrowicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Siim Kikas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Janusz Pająk's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. Tellier made a substitution. Evelio Firme replaced Janusz Pająk. Tellier's Elpidio Vedillo was substituted for Álvaro Morales. Tellier's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Artemio Gaxan in the 59th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Evelio Firme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tellier's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Firme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Siim Kikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Vedillo in the 64th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Elpidio Vedillo notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of De Gulden Draak's Siim Kikas. Siim Kikas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Elpidio Vedillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Siim Kikas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elpidio Vedillo ran back to his position shaking his head. Elpidio Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 70 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Erwin Backes. Manuel Peres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Siim Kikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Vedillo in the 75th minute of the match. Tellier's Apolo Berto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Tellier from getting a goal against them. In the 77th minute, De Gulden Draak's Manuel Peres dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Siim Kikas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Vedillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Evelio Firme put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Siim Kikas. The audience was convinced that Evelio Firme's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siim Kikas was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Siim Kikas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elpidio Vedillo's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. De Gulden Draak's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
