Hardo Kaar took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Billy Tunberg. Billy Tunberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Brighouse FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Azly Vijiaratnam in the 18th minute. Abdullahi Anyanwu kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. If Hardo Kaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Billy Tunberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hardo Kaar's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Hardo Kaar might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Billy Tunberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hardo Kaar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute Agbami Ijiyokun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dušan Kinder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dušan Kinder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ebelechukwu Agoda in the 45th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Brighouse FC's Billy Tunberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elmo Lodev in the 52nd minute of play. Billy Tunberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hardo Kaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Elmo Lodev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 64th minute, Hardo Kaar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 66 minutes into the match, Brighouse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hardo Kaar came free, but Billy Tunberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute Ilmar Kevade shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Billy Tunberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Tunberg came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's Ilmar Kevade. But to his dismay, Ilmar Kevade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The supporters of Aidu Metskonna Pöörased booed when Brighouse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdullahi Anyanwu didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Aidu Metskonna Pöörased were the better team. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
