The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lajos Major made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ellis Thierse in the 3rd minute of play. After 6 minutes De Gulden Draak's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dexter Benton who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Key Biscayne FC's Avery Dunlap getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohammed Sprague in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siim Kikas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mohammed Sprague might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Siim Kikas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mohammed Sprague ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Pate in the 12th minute of play forced De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lance Pate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Siim Kikas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lance Pate in the 22nd minute of play forced De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siim Kikas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lance Pate in the 25th minute of play. Lajos Major showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Heremans in the 26th minute of the match. Lance Pate's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Siim Kikas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute Key Biscayne FC were awarded a corner. Dexter Benton went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Key Biscayne FC's Dexter Benton to fire away a dangerous shot which Siim Kikas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a rather tough play, Key Biscayne FC's Alex Hyatt got a free kick in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Alex Hyatt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Siim Kikas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 46 minutes, Fox Abendroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Gulden Draak and the Key Biscayne FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Fox Abendroth got a free kick in the 46th minute. After 47 played minutes, Key Biscayne FC's Dexter Benton shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Siim Kikas came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Key Biscayne FC reached it.

Ellis Thierse kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohammed Sprague. In the 56th minute of the match Lucas Akins shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Siim Kikas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Key Biscayne FC's Lance Pate slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Siim Kikas. That made the score 0-2 after 58 minutes of play. Lance Pate received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Siim Kikas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of De Gulden Draak booed when Key Biscayne FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Hogan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohammed Sprague could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Siim Kikas made a huge save. Siim Kikas made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Mohammed Sprague sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute Key Biscayne FC were awarded a corner. Dexter Benton went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Dexter Benton got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Siim Kikas quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 70th minute Kasimir Stadler shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Major saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lajos Major made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Heremans in the 72nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Evert Heremans in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lajos Major saved Key Biscayne FC from getting behind. A collision led to Key Biscayne FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Dexter Benton hit a great ball. Siim Kikas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lance Pate in the 91st minute of the match. After 91 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Ellis Thierse. In the 93rd minute, Mohammed Sprague got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lajos Major made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Heremans in the 95th minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Dexter Benton was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Key Biscayne FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Gulden Draak the free kick. In the 95th minute, Dexter Benton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Key Biscayne FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
