In the 5th minute, one of Dutch Rebels:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dutch Rebels. 9 minutes into the match, Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper Antoine Steenbeeck had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodrigo Calvet. Antoine Steenbeeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Aztore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zacarias Milian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Santos de Buenos Aires FC fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Rodrigo Calvet looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Antoine Steenbeeck was a little too slow when Cipriano Aztore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Xabier in the 41st minute of play forced Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper Antoine Steenbeeck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Zacarias Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antoine Steenbeeck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lauren Seveneijnts made a kick off. If Anibal Xabier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Dutch Rebels's zone, Anibal Xabier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antoine Steenbeeck came out of the goal and Anibal Xabier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dutch Rebels's Antoine Steenbeeck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Milian in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st match minute, Santos de Buenos Aires FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Calvet to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Calvet took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antoine Steenbeeck. Antoine Steenbeeck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Dutch Rebels's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anibal Xabier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. When the referee ended the match the Santos de Buenos Aires FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
