Tigre were awarded a corner in the 6th minute after Key Biscayne FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicasio Frans took the corner. Mohammed Sprague recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Slater to maneuver through the defense. Ismael Gabirel took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lajos Major. Lajos Major dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Key Biscayne FC's Lajos Major played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Lore in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute Arnaldo Lore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lajos Major saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saverio Perpinya in the 32nd minute of play forced Key Biscayne FC's goalkeeper Lajos Major to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Saverio Perpinya notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Key Biscayne FC's Lajos Major. Lajos Major was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Alex Hyatt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 41 minutes into the match, Key Biscayne FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saverio Perpinya came free, but Lajos Major reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lajos Major came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tigre's Arnaldo Lore. But to his dismay, Arnaldo Lore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mohammed Sprague stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lajos Major showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Lore in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 53rd match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesse Shannon to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammed Sprague in the 59th minute of play forced Tigre's goalkeeper Kacper Tobias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tigre's Kacper Tobias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Drew Latham in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Tigre got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Gabirel. After 72 played minutes Key Biscayne FC got a freekick which was hit by Stig Mårtensson. With 77 minutes on the clock, Walter Slater commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 76th minute of the game. One of Key Biscayne FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tigre:s goal. The referee gave Tigre a penalty, 78 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Nicasio Frans, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Key Biscayne FC's Lajos Major. 0-5. Kacper Tobias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Hyatt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ismael Gabirel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Lajos Major made a huge save. The supporters of Key Biscayne FC booed when Tigre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Rodriguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tigre walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
