Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lauren Seveneijnts got the match started through his kick off. In the 5th minute, Ragnar Ekgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dutch Rebels's Obafemi N'Diaye got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Lauren Seveneijnts's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arvin Jönsson was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moodys IF's goalkeeper Arvin Jönsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Arvin Jönsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Farstad, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Carl Smefeldt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Vermeiren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Dutch Rebels got a freekick which was hit by Lauren Seveneijnts. After a rather tough play, Moodys IF's Gunnar Blanck got a free kick in the 27th minute. Arvin Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Obafemi N'Diaye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th minute Lauren Seveneijnts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvin Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gunnar Blanck to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Dutch Rebels's Szymon Cieliczka got a free kick in the 51st minute. A hard shot 53 in the game by Gunnar Blanck from a close distance when the talented Adam Vermeiren managed to make a qualified save. Dutch Rebels's players were relieved. Arvin Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lauren Seveneijnts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 62 minutes, Lauren Seveneijnts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dutch Rebels's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lauren Seveneijnts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lauren Seveneijnts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Daniel Farstad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Farstad in the 66th minute of play forced Moodys IF's goalkeeper Arvin Jönsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Moodys IF's Arvin Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Farstad in the 70th minute of play. The corner led Moodys IF's Douglas Nyberg to fire away a dangerous shot which Adam Vermeiren despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Blanck in the 78th minute of play forced Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper Adam Vermeiren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Moodys IF's Henry Hägert got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The audience was convinced that Daniel Farstad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arvin Jönsson was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Dutch Rebels's Daniel Farstad managed to work through Moodys IF's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Daniel Farstad dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 93rd minute, Henry Hägert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dutch Rebels's Lauren Seveneijnts got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Daniel Farstad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dutch Rebels fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Moodys IF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
