An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Blanck in the 10th minute of play forced AFC Eskilstuna's goalkeeper Claes Nordmark to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Blanck took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Claes Nordmark. Claes Nordmark dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. AFC Eskilstuna's Claes Nordmark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save AFC Eskilstuna from getting a goal against them. 24 minutes into the match, AFC Eskilstuna's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Blanck came free, but Claes Nordmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Claes Nordmark was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Gunnar Blanck capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gunnar Blanck really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Arvin Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolf Ekström in the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute of the match, Aleksander Lundgren tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Claes Nordmark saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 34 minutes into the match, AFC Eskilstuna's goal looked a bit too open when Viggo Bolin came free, but Claes Nordmark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the game, Gunnar Blanck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Claes Nordmark was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 39th play minute Viggo Bolin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Claes Nordmark. 5-0. Claes Nordmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Lundgren in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Wik was the one to do the kick off. Harry Lindgren hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After 52 played minutes, Moodys IF's Douglas Nyberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Claes Nordmark came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Moodys IF reached it. Claes Nordmark didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gunnar Blanck went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Claes Nordmark came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Moodys IF's Gunnar Blanck. But to his dismay, Gunnar Blanck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. In the 61st minute Per-Åke Stor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Nordmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claes Nordmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Blanck in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Moodys IF booed when AFC Eskilstuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Wiberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute Viggo Bolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Nordmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute Gunnar Blanck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claes Nordmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AFC Eskilstuna's Claes Nordmark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Åke Stor in the 76th minute of play. Stefan Wiberg hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. After 79 played minutes Moodys IF got a freekick which was hit by Gunnar Blanck. Claes Nordmark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aleksander Lundgren in the 81st minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Viggo Bolin notched a goal, 9-0, to the right of AFC Eskilstuna's Claes Nordmark. Claes Nordmark was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Claes Nordmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Lundgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 90 minutes of play, Moodys IF's Viggo Bolin made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claes Nordmark was left in no man's land by his defense there! Moodys IF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
