Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lauren Seveneijnts started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Dutch Rebels defense, Ellis Thierse kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adam Vermeiren. The Dutch Rebels fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adam Vermeiren should have stopped the shot. Lauren Seveneijnts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siim Kikas having to interfere. Adam Vermeiren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ellis Thierse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Obafemi N'Diaye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th match minute, De Gulden Draak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fjodor Mandel to maneuver through the defense. Yens Iansens hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. A collision led to Dutch Rebels getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Obafemi N'Diaye hit a great ball. Lauren Seveneijnts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Siim Kikas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Ellis Thierse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The De Gulden Draak fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Obafemi N'Diaye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronald Breitbücher stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adam Vermeiren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Heremans in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Ronald Breitbücher ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Adam Vermeiren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The crowd rose to their feet as Evert Heremans kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Adam Vermeiren. That made the score 0-4 in the 61 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Dutch Rebels's zone, Evert Heremans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adam Vermeiren came out of the goal and Evert Heremans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the game, Yens Iansens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dutch Rebels's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave De Gulden Draak the free kick. Yens Iansens kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Konstantin Havemann took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Adam Vermeiren. Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fox Abendroth charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fox Abendroth the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Fox Abendroth. Ronald Breitbücher received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adam Vermeiren came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronald Breitbücher slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 73rd minute. Lauren Seveneijnts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siim Kikas having to interfere. A collision led to Dutch Rebels getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Daniel Farstad hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Adam Vermeiren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Szymon Cieliczka hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Konstantin Havemann made a precise shot to the right of Adam Vermeiren. Dutch Rebels's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Adam Vermeiren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Heremans in the 92nd minute of the match. Adam Vermeiren didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 93rd minute, which inside left pole to 1-7.
