Arvin Jönsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lauren Seveneijnts in the 6th minute of play. Arvin Jönsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Farstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the game, Dutch Rebels's Daniel Farstad nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arvin Jönsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Moodys IF's Arvin Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Obafemi N'Diaye in the 22nd minute of play. Arvin Jönsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lauren Seveneijnts, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Carl Smefeldt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adam Vermeiren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Blanck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute Lauren Seveneijnts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvin Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lauren Seveneijnts stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Aleksander Lundgren came up free with the goalie in the 50th minute, the Moodys IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksander Lundgren couldn't finish the play. Adam Vermeiren came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Moodys IF's Gunnar Blanck. But to his dismay, Gunnar Blanck quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Arvin Jönsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauren Seveneijnts in the 61st minute of the match. If Per-Åke Stor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Blanck in the 68th minute of play forced Dutch Rebels's goalkeeper Adam Vermeiren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Serge De Kerpel hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Moodys IF had won after a very even match.
