Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Patagonicos FC's Ramon Quirce slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alexander Higgins. That made the score 1-0 after 4 minutes of play. If Severino Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 16 in the game by Severino Flores from a close distance when the talented Alexander Higgins managed to make a qualified save. Scotland's players were relieved. Robert McNeill kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Fletcher Main got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Severino Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The long shot by Ulises Gonzalez in the 23rd minute really tested Alexander Higgins's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 24th minute, Severino Flores made a precise shot to the right of Alexander Higgins. Scotland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Flores in the 29th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Alexander Higgins to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Patagonicos FC booed when Scotland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ashton Nelson didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Severino Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th match minute, Scotland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ashton Nelson to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Higgins came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Patagonicos FC's Leo Gorbea. But to his dismay, Leo Gorbea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 40 played minutes Scotland got a freekick which was hit by Ashton Nelson. Severino Flores could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Alexander Higgins made a huge save. Severino Flores came free with the goalkeeper in the 43rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Alexander Higgins could save by the left post. Fletcher Main blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilfredo James having to make a save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zac O'Donnell stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes, Patagonicos FC's Feliciano Gaizkine shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alexander Higgins came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Patagonicos FC reached it. Alexander Higgins made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Flores in the 56th minute of play. Alexander Higgins took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Flores, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alistair Morrison charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alistair Morrison the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Patagonicos FC booed when Scotland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alistair Morrison didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 62 minutes, Alberto Fresco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patagonicos FC and the Scotland players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Alberto Fresco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 64 minutes, Leo Gorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patagonicos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Gorbea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ramon Quirce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexander Higgins having to interfere. Scotland's Alexander Higgins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Gorbea in the 72nd minute of play. After having played for 78 minutes, Leo Gorbea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Patagonicos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leo Gorbea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Marco Caradaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Patagonicos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Caradaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexander Higgins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramon Quirce hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Scotland's Jack MacKinnon got a free kick in the 83rd minute. After 84 minutes of play, Patagonicos FC's Leo Gorbea made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alexander Higgins was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 92nd minute, Severino Flores got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Patagonicos FC's goalkeeper Wilfredo James had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fletcher Main.
