Despite this Xan Sandines quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the last second Xan Sandines throw himself and got hold of the ball when Froilan Ciano in the 45thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Xan Sandines showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Tardelli, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
