Monico Dragomir was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Edvin Ahlroth got free with Yanick Knecht in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Yanick Knecht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nae Hăvârneanu in the 9th minute of play. Dragoş Puric showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Dahlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. English Fire's Dragoş Puric played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Dahlberg in the 16th minute of play. Emanuel Zbârnea hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Yanick Knecht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Hăvârneanu in the 18th minute of play. Dragoş Puric showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Şimandan in the 23rd minute of the match. A collision led to LIVIUS UNITED MLS getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Bartolomé Perpiñán hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Jonas Dahlberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dragoş Puric narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, English Fire's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Şimandan came free, but Dragoş Puric reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Edvin Ahlroth to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, LIVIUS UNITED MLS's goal looked a bit too open when Nae Hăvârneanu came free, but Yanick Knecht reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olimpiu Blidaru kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes LIVIUS UNITED MLS got a freekick which was hit by Bartolomé Perpiñán. English Fire were awarded a corner in the 67th minute after LIVIUS UNITED MLS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cristinel Negulescu took the corner. 70 minutes into the game, English Fire's Sven-Edvin Ahlroth nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yanick Knecht made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Sven-Edvin Ahlroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yanick Knecht having to interfere. Yanick Knecht showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cazimir Ciulei in the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of LIVIUS UNITED MLS booed when English Fire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nae Hăvârneanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 83 played minutes LIVIUS UNITED MLS got a freekick which was hit by Filip Doinaș. After a defensive mix-up in LIVIUS UNITED MLS's zone, Sven-Edvin Ahlroth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yanick Knecht came out of the goal and Sven-Edvin Ahlroth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonas Dahlberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yanick Knecht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nae Hăvârneanu in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96thth minute of the game Sven-Edvin Ahlroth who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LIVIUS UNITED MLS's Yanick Knecht was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. English Fire were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of LIVIUS UNITED MLS for a fine match.
