The referee ignored AIF's protests and gave Viktor Pilgren a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, AIF's Viktor Pilgren got a free kick in the 21st minute. Tim Billing took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miromir Kempka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wasyl Hludzenski charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wasyl Hludzenski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Bialski Bastion Legii getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Wieslaw Kon's late challenge caught a AIF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Ståhlman was the one to do the kick off. Bialski Bastion Legii's Franciszek Rasialdo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bengt-Arne Stabbe in the 58th minute of play. Tim Billing showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miromir Kempka in the 60th minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, AIF's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Hludzenski came free, but Tim Billing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, AIF's Bengt-Arne Stabbe got a free kick in the 69th minute. Bialski Bastion Legii played a much better game than AIF and deserved their victory. The AIF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
