When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Miromir Kempka took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Laerte de Senna to make any attempt to save it. Wasyl Hludzenski was extremely unlucky when he, in the 7th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a rather tough play, Passa o Tanque MZ's Zé Carlos Barbosa got a free kick in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miromir Kempka in the 9th minute of play forced Passa o Tanque MZ's goalkeeper Laerte de Senna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jean Souza struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Franciszek Rasialdo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Passa o Tanque MZ. Franciszek Rasialdo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Souza in the 13th minute of play. In the 14th minute Passa o Tanque MZ were awarded a corner. Christiano Neto went to the cornerflag to take it. With a little luck, Passa o Tanque MZ's Laerte de Senna got control of the ball when Miromir Kempka tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 16 minutes, Christiano Neto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Passa o Tanque MZ and the Bialski Bastion Legii players grew even worse after the yellow card. Christiano Neto hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 18 played minutes Bialski Bastion Legii got a freekick which was hit by Wasyl Hludzenski. Laerte de Senna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wasyl Hludzenski's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Laerte de Senna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Giejda in the 27th minute. If Korneliusz Domaradzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Bialski Bastion Legii's goal looked a bit too open when Júlio Maciel came free, but Franciszek Rasialdo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Christiano Neto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bialski Bastion Legii's Franciszek Rasialdo did a great save. Jan Giejda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Laerte de Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 44 minutes, Wasyl Hludzenski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bialski Bastion Legii's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wasyl Hludzenski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Korneliusz Domaradzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wasyl Hludzenski to make the kick off. Christiano Neto hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Laerte de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wasyl Hludzenski in the 52nd minute of play. 3-0 became the score in the 56th minute when Wasyl Hludzenski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 61st minute Wasyl Hludzenski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laerte de Senna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Passa o Tanque MZ's Laerte de Senna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miromir Kempka in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Jan Giejda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Laerte de Senna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 5-0 became the score in the 70th minute when Miromir Kempka elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ademar Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Laerte de Senna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Domaradzki in the 80th minute of play. Wieslaw Kon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Miromir Kempka came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Bialski Bastion Legii fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miromir Kempka couldn't finish the play. 89 minutes into the match, Wasyl Hludzenski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laerte de Senna. Passa o Tanque MZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wasyl Hludzenski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. 92 minutes into the game, Toninho Dias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Passa o Tanque MZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bialski Bastion Legii the free kick. Jean Souza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Franciszek Rasialdo having to interfere. Bialski Bastion Legii's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
