In the 19th minute, Erik Överman made a precise shot to the right of Cedric Earl. Key Biscayne FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cedric Earl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Överman in the 40th minute of play. Ralf Magnusson was a little too slow when Alfonzo Albrecht got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 42nd minute. The score was now 2-2. Jonas Låsberg took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cedric Earl. Cedric Earl dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 50th match minute, Key Biscayne FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfonzo Albrecht to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Derek Perry in the 53rd minute of play forced Stockholm IF's goalkeeper Ralf Magnusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Key Biscayne FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Jonas Låsberg scored to the left of an out of position Cedric Earl, making the score, 2-4. Ralf Magnusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garret Bland, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. A collision led to Stockholm IF getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Per-Oskar Örtendahl hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erik Överman got free with Cedric Earl in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ralf Magnusson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Derek Perry's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Stockholm IF's Ralf Magnusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Garret Bland in the 73rd minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, Garret Bland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-4. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cedric Earl. 96 minutes into the match, Stockholm IF's Jonas Låsberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cedric Earl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Although Key Biscayne FC had been in control for most of the match, Stockholm IF still came away with the win.
