When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Wasyl Hludzenski sped through Aracatiara EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Toninho Tepedino. The supporters of Bialski Bastion Legii booed when Aracatiara EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kauan Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wasyl Hludzenski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luiz Fernando da Silveira hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Korneliusz Domaradzki's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Toninho Tepedino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wasyl Hludzenski in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Toninho Tepedino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Bialski Bastion Legii fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After 45 played minutes Aracatiara EC got a freekick which was hit by Amílton Botelho. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wasyl Hludzenski was the one to do the kick off. In the 58th match minute, Aracatiara EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amílton Botelho to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aracatiara EC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wasyl Hludzenski in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Toninho Tepedino saved Aracatiara EC from getting behind. Toninho Tepedino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wasyl Hludzenski, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 85th minute, Bialski Bastion Legii's Miromir Kempka ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Toninho Tepedino. Toninho Tepedino yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Bialski Bastion Legii's Korneliusz Domaradzki got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Korneliusz Domaradzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95thth minute of the game Wasyl Hludzenski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aracatiara EC's Toninho Tepedino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
