After 4 played minutes Stockholm IF got a freekick which was hit by Osvald Kihlberg. The supporters of Stockholm IF booed when LOS MENTI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodosio Isauro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Erik Överman went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 12 minutes into the match, Jonas Låsberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodosio Isauro. LOS MENTI's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Låsberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Stockholm IF were furious when Nils-Erik Ekström was red carded, 18 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 18th minute, Nils-Erik Ekström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Conrado Fernendo managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS MENTI's supporters rose to their feet, but Conrado Fernendo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ralf Magnusson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Låsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Teodosio Isauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Benigno Larra got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Karl Mattsson struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Teodosio Isauro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stockholm IF. Stockholm IF's Ralf Magnusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Danel in the 29th minute of play. Ralf Magnusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Iker Danel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Benigno Larra got a free kick in the 34th minute. Karl Mattsson kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Mattsson in the 44th minute of play forced LOS MENTI's goalkeeper Teodosio Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonas Låsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonas Låsberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in LOS MENTI's zone, Jonas Låsberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodosio Isauro came out of the goal and Jonas Låsberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ralf Magnusson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernan Nerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute Tobias Esdras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ralf Magnusson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ralf Magnusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernan Nerio in the 65th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Stockholm IF defense, Fernan Nerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ralf Magnusson. The Stockholm IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ralf Magnusson should have stopped the shot. 74 minutes into the match, Iker Danel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ralf Magnusson. Stockholm IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iker Danel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernan Nerio in the 78th minute of play forced Stockholm IF's goalkeeper Ralf Magnusson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81stth minute of the game Karl Mattsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but LOS MENTI's Teodosio Isauro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernan Nerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th match minute, Stockholm IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Söder to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, LOS MENTI's Geronimo Etxekopar got a free kick in the 92nd minute. A collision led to Stockholm IF getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Holger Söder hit a great ball.
