An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivar Siöberg in the 7th minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Alvar Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivar Siöberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 7th playminute. 12 minutes into the match, Kattvik kings's goal looked a bit too open when Bayan Baye came free, but Alvar Arvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kattvik kings booed when Wargön was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maxime Poussin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ivar Siöberg did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Alvar Arvidsson 29 minutes into the match. Sören Tunberg came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kattvik kings's Jürgen Trittin. But to his dismay, Jürgen Trittin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Buba in the 36th minute of play. Alvar Arvidsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Siöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Nils-Arne Nilsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alvar Arvidsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Nils-Arne Nilsson slotted it home off the left post making it 3-1 in the 40th minute. Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bayan Baye in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Nils-Arne Nilsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Wargön fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when John Bratt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alvar Arvidsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Siöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Mikael Liberatore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wargön's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mikael Liberatore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sören Tunberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenel Zeval in the 83rd minute of play. Sören Tunberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jürgen Trittin's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Bayan Baye made a precise shot to the right of Alvar Arvidsson. Kattvik kings's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. 89 minutes into the match, Kattvik kings's goal looked a bit too open when Bayan Baye came free, but Alvar Arvidsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvar Arvidsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Liberatore in the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Mikael Liberatore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvar Arvidsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Wargön fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kattvik kings had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
