In the 7thth minute of the game Maxim Tsigalko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Talanglös's Johnny Kopp was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Samurai booed when FC Talanglös was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kryspin Budzyn didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10 minutes into the match, FC Talanglös's goal looked a bit too open when Maxim Tsigalko came free, but Johnny Kopp reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes FC Talanglös's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Allan Bivall who took care of the corner kick. After 15 played minutes Samurai got a freekick which was hit by Timmy Henriksson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maxim Tsigalko in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johnny Kopp saved FC Talanglös from getting behind. In the 18th minute Timmy Henriksson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Kopp saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Johnny Kopp came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Maxim Tsigalko. But to his dismay, Maxim Tsigalko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maxim Tsigalko in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johnny Kopp prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 28th minute Basiel Reynders shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Kryspin Budzyn hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 33 minutes, Maxim Tsigalko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samurai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maxim Tsigalko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Timmy Henriksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Johnny Kopp was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Johnny Kopp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maxim Tsigalko in the 43rd minute of play. In the 46th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Talanglös's goalkeeper Johnny Kopp, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maxim Tsigalko to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Samurai's Maxim Tsigalko slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Johnny Kopp. That made the score 1-3 after 51 minutes of play. 58 minutes into the match, Maxim Tsigalko dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Johnny Kopp, 1-4. A collision led to Samurai getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Timmy Henriksson hit a great ball. Samurai's Åke Hamnberg was substituted for Hernán Grana. Samurai's Esbjörn Hultstrand was substituted for Timmy Henriksson. After a rather tough play, Samurai's Timmy Henriksson got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 64th minute of the game Klaus-Marco Closky made a throw-in which Björn Gustafsson played forward. If Wu Qi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the FC Talanglös defense, Wu Qi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johnny Kopp. The FC Talanglös fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johnny Kopp should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wu Qi in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal.
