The supporters of FC XY booed when F.C.BARLAD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Albuț didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bogdan Gurgui acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 14th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jozef Karas. A collision led to FC XY getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Jozef Karas hit a great ball. Mihăiţă Călin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ladislav Blažek. FC XY's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to F.C.BARLAD getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Edgar Arghir hit a great ball. Bogdan Gurgui was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jozef Karas. Ladislav Blažek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valentin Plopșor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Valentin Plopșor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ladislav Blažek was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Mihăiţă Călin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ladislav Blažek. FC XY's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Plopșor in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ladislav Blažek saved FC XY from getting behind. After the first half F.C.BARLAD were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valentin Plopșor was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valentin Plopșor in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ladislav Blažek saved FC XY from getting behind. 65 minutes into the match, FC XY's goalkeeper Ladislav Blažek had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valentin Plopșor. If Miroslav Medzihradský had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to FC XY getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jozef Karas hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes F.C.BARLAD got a freekick which was hit by Octav Cretan. If Ferdinand Simionescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82ndth minute of the game Valentin Plopșor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC XY's Ladislav Blažek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When F.C.BARLAD's Valentin Plopșor in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC XY's goalie prevented a goal. Ladislav Blažek was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valentin Plopșor showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 92 minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. F.C.BARLAD had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
