Daniel Alcântara started the match with the kick off. After 3 minutes, Chicão Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rondinone F.C - FDFDF and the Decathlon Dudes players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Arnaldo Coutinho hit a great ball. Christijan Oss came free with the goalkeeper in the 12th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Charles Sarmento could save by the left post. Harris Wijkstra kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's zone, Harris Wijkstra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charles Sarmento came out of the goal and Harris Wijkstra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charles Sarmento was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jasper Philipsen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. With a little luck, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Charles Sarmento got control of the ball when Christijan Oss tried to sneak it across the goal line. Charles Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jasper Philipsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christijan Oss to make the kick off. In the 55th minute, Harris Wijkstra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hubert Post hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 59 minutes into the match, Decathlon Dudes's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Prata came free, but Michael Matthews reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Decathlon Dudes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Deinse to maneuver through the defense. In the 63rd minute, Christijan Oss left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Decathlon Dudes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. One of Decathlon Dudes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF:s goal. Michael Matthews had in the 79thth minute some difficulties stopping Róbson Prata's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Arnaldo Coutinho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Decathlon Dudes the free kick. In the 82nd minute, Arnaldo Coutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Decathlon Dudes's Michael Matthews proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Decathlon Dudes from getting a goal against them. After 88 played minutes Decathlon Dudes got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Brandsma. In the 93rd minute, Róbson Prata reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Michael Matthews. The goal made the score 2-1. Christijan Oss's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charles Sarmento read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 98 minutes, Róbson Prata took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Michael Matthews to make any attempt to save it. The Rondinone F.C - FDFDF players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Decathlon Dudes from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
