In the 2nd minute, Ali Faruk Hasanoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Abelardo George. COSQUIN SFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After some careless play in the COSQUIN SFC defense, Wilfred Zaha kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abelardo George. The COSQUIN SFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abelardo George should have stopped the shot. Mustafa Emrah Mertoğlu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aquilino Richie showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 18 minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Wilfred Zaha had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo George. COSQUIN SFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilfred Zaha was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfred Zaha in the 29th minute of play forced COSQUIN SFC's goalkeeper Abelardo George to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo George showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfred Zaha, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Arslan Kamran kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute Aquilino Richie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Emrah Mertoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Sümer Ruşen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo George. COSQUIN SFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sümer Ruşen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. In the 43rd minute, COSQUIN SFC's Jeronimo Gitano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfred Zaha was the one to do the kick off. When Arslan Kamran fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KOCAELİSPOR's protests and gave Arslan Kamran a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to KOCAELİSPOR getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Arslan Kamran hit a great ball. In the 57th minute of the match, Wilfred Zaha got a very nice opportunity to score, but Abelardo George was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfred Zaha in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abelardo George prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 67 minutes into the game, KOCAELİSPOR's Wilfred Zaha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Abelardo George made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-6. KOCAELİSPOR's Altan Toygun was substituted for Mickey Batshuayi. Mustafa Emrah Mertoğlu came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by COSQUIN SFC's Jeronimo Gitano. But to his dismay, Jeronimo Gitano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-6. If Wilfred Zaha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, KOCAELİSPOR's Sümer Ruşen got a free kick in the 88th minute. Abelardo George made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wilfred Zaha in the 94th minute. KOCAELİSPOR's Ali Faruk Hasanoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The COSQUIN SFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching KOCAELİSPOR's performance. The match ended with a win for KOCAELİSPOR.
