After a rather tough play, Metal Juniors's Haroldo Phelipe got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 35th minute, Martín Palermo made a precise shot to the right of Dmytro Novak. Slava Ukraini's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yosif Bakrachev in the 41st minute of play forced Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Daniel Păvăloae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Daniel Păvăloae prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th minute Slava Ukraini were awarded a corner. Taras Vonsyk went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Taras Vonsyk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Daniel Păvăloae quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taras Vonsyk in the 76th minute of play forced Metal Juniors's goalkeeper Daniel Păvăloae to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Păvăloae made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yosif Bakrachev in the 78th minute of play. Daniel Păvăloae took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marius Niculae, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Sergio Dennis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dmytro Novak was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Daniel Păvăloae was a little too slow when Yosif Bakrachev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 1-2. Daniel Păvăloae made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodion Orel in the 90th minute. Slava Ukraini played a much better game than Metal Juniors and deserved their victory. The Metal Juniors players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
