After having played for 3 minutes, Yuriy Gandzyuk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Slava Ukraini's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuriy Gandzyuk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 4th minute of the game, Taras Vonsyk landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Peep Sabella's late challenge caught a Slava Ukraini's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Peep Sabella helped the player get up and apologised. Slava Ukraini made a substitution. Rodion Popadyukha replaced Taras Vonsyk. In the 6th match minute, Camarón Bombay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peep Sabella to maneuver through the defense. After 16 minutes of play Camarón Bombay's Peep Sabella was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Peep Sabella hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Gianluca Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yosif Bakrachev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Errapel in the 22nd minute of play forced Slava Ukraini's goalkeeper Dmytro Novak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Camarón Bombay's goal looked a bit too open when Yosif Bakrachev came free, but Gianluca Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gianluca Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yosif Bakrachev in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th match minute, Slava Ukraini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vyacheslav Makhnovskyi to maneuver through the defense. Vladimiro Lordi kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Dmytro Novak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galo Hummels, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gianluca Buffon came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Slava Ukraini's Yuriy Gandzyuk. But to his dismay, Yuriy Gandzyuk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Camarón Bombay's Gianluca Buffon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marius Niculae in the 36th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 39th minute of the game. One of Camarón Bombay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Slava Ukraini:s goal. Camarón Bombay:s Gianluca Buffon showed great skill when he stopped Vladimiro Lordi:s penalty. In the 41st minute, Vladimiro Lordi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Slava Ukraini fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 47th minute, Yuriy Gandzyuk made a precise shot to the right of Gianluca Buffon. Camarón Bombay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Marius Niculae received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Gianluca Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slava Ukraini made a substitution. Rodion Orel replaced Stepan Tovkatskiy. Yosif Bakrachev might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gianluca Buffon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yosif Bakrachev ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Houseman in the 75th minute of play forced Slava Ukraini's goalkeeper Dmytro Novak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 80 minutes into the match, Camarón Bombay's goalkeeper Gianluca Buffon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yosif Bakrachev. 82 minutes into the match, Camarón Bombay's goal looked a bit too open when Yosif Bakrachev came free, but Gianluca Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 played minutes Camarón Bombay got a freekick which was hit by Rene Houseman. Slava Ukraini's Amauri da Costa was substituted for Angelo Fasciani. In the 84th match minute, Camarón Bombay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rene Houseman to maneuver through the defense. Gianluca Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marius Niculae in the 86th minute of the match. With a little luck, Camarón Bombay's Gianluca Buffon got control of the ball when Yuriy Gandzyuk tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodion Orel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Gianluca Buffon made a huge save. The Slava Ukraini supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Slava Ukraini would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
