Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Damian’s Team's Santo Traslago started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Robustiano Sesuldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Bueno in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dedé Correia in the 9th minute of play forced Damian’s Team's goalkeeper Robustiano Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Garopaba F.C's Lauro Meirelles got control of the ball when Martin Boix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lauro Meirelles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Traslago, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Garopaba F.C's Dedé Correia got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Garopaba F.C's Lauro Meirelles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Traslago in the 16th minute of play. Robustiano Sesuldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dedé Correia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Robustiano Sesuldo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Garopaba F.C's Dedé Correia. But to his dismay, Dedé Correia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Damian’s Team's Robustiano Sesuldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Bueno in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dedé Correia in the 35th minute of play forced Damian’s Team's goalkeeper Robustiano Sesuldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Dedé Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Robustiano Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dedé Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Cordero Batalle charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cordero Batalle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Cordero Batalle hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half Garopaba F.C were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Santo Traslago in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lauro Meirelles saved Garopaba F.C from getting behind. Robustiano Sesuldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Bueno, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Dedé Correia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Damian’s Team's Alex Piedrahita was substituted for Ayoví Angeles. Teo Juez kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Dedé Correia kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 76thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Damian’s Team's keeper Robustiano Sesuldo was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 88th minute, Tomás Gajardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Martin Boix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Lauro Meirelles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Garopaba F.C played a much better game than Damian’s Team and deserved their victory. The Damian’s Team players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
