Fred Finsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 26th minute Fred Finsberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Benjamin Malvin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Santos de Buenos Aires FC from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Gentza in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benjamin Malvin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Doni das Neves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albino Canor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Malvin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esteban Gentza's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. Benjamin Malvin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Finsberg in the 36th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Santos de Buenos Aires FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fred Finsberg came free, but Benjamin Malvin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benjamin Malvin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Esteban Gentza in the 38th minute. Esteban Gentza who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Benjamin Malvin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Anderson da Silva struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Benjamin Malvin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEIXEIRINHA FC. Doni das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Canor in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esteban Gentza to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Finsberg in the 51st minute of play forced Santos de Buenos Aires FC's goalkeeper Benjamin Malvin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doni das Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Seber in the 54th minute of play. If Albino Canor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos de Buenos Aires FC made a substitution. Rafael Gipuzkoa replaced Blas-Armando Giunta. With an all-out effort, Santos de Buenos Aires FC's Doni das Neves threw himself towards the right post 67 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Albino Canor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Matias Remir hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 71st minute Bruno Cambiasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni das Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Anaia Barbosa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute Esteban Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benjamin Malvin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eulalio Blai kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Esteban Gentza struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Benjamin Malvin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TEIXEIRINHA FC. Fred Finsberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benjamin Malvin having to make a save. Danilo Seber could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Doni das Neves made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Gilbert Pochorylo managed to get in a good position for a shot. TEIXEIRINHA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gilbert Pochorylo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benjamin Malvin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fred Finsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Danilo Seber got free with Doni das Neves in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of TEIXEIRINHA FC booed when Santos de Buenos Aires FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Blai didn't get a good kick on the ball. TEIXEIRINHA FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
