Vladeta Jovic's late challenge caught a Las Brisas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. If Delmiro Quin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 60 minutes in the game, Paulino Pacorro dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Godofredo Abaunza hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd minute Delmiro Quin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zvezdan Nedeljkovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zvezdan Nedeljkovic took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Fanuco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Las Brisas FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
