Delmiro Quin in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexander Higgins, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Delmiro Quin scored 1-0 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Higgins, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Delmiro Quin in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexander Higgins saved Scotland from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Delmiro Quin in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Higgins prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Alexander Higgins managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Las Brisas FC's Delmiro Quin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 38 played minutes Scotland got a freekick which was hit by Jack MacKinnon. Delmiro Quin struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Alexander Higgins didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Las Brisas FC. If Felix Vasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Delmiro Quin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Scotland's Alexander Higgins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmiro Quin to make the kick off. Zac O'Donnell was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 64th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. When Ildefonso Mateo fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Las Brisas FC's protests and gave Ildefonso Mateo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Las Brisas FC's Ildefonso Mateo got a free kick in the 65th minute. Fletcher Main could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Celedonio Normando made a huge save. In the 70th minute, Delmiro Quin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Las Brisas FC had played much better football throughout.
