The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anton Björnberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charly Good in the 11th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Naboonga Wild Katt FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xavies Casavela came free, but Anton Björnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Sporting Buceo's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Morrison came free, but Maximo Horquizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximo Horquizar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Morrison, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sporting Buceo's Maximo Horquizar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florencio Montrell in the 22nd minute of play. A collision led to Naboonga Wild Katt FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Rodolfo Cordero hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Maureen Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anton Björnberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute, Sporting Buceo's Filcho Kordov seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Filcho Kordov the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Sporting Buceo protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Filcho Kordov had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The goalkeeper, Maximo Horquizar, was totally fooled by Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Florencio Montrell, who 29 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Maximo Horquizar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florencio Montrell in the 34th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 39 minutes into the game, when Dan Wiberg put in a rough tackle. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Naboonga Wild Katt FC! Anton Björnberg had in the 41stth minute some difficulties stopping Yao Yan Sen's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jim Morrison to make the kick off. A nice corner shot did that Manuel Iaki got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Maximo Horquizar quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Manuel Silban was substituted for Quentin Francis. Anton Björnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xavies Casavela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Charly Good had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xinto Carreiras in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anton Björnberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximo Horquizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Cordero in the 75th minute of the match. Charly Good kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Maximo Horquizar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Iaki in the 80th minute of the match. The Naboonga Wild Katt FC fans' excitement grew in the 94th match minute when Naboonga Wild Katt FC's Jim Morrison looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
